Privacy policy

Information you provide

Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone number, city, project type and project description. Budget and timing are optional. Please do not include payment details, identification documents or other sensitive information in an initial inquiry.

When automatic submission is available at aureluxe.ca and you submit an inquiry, we use your details to respond and discuss your project. Lovable processes the submission and sends an operational email to our business inbox, info@aureluxe.ca, hosted by Zoho Mail. The notice uses your email address as its reply address. This does not sign you up for marketing. The website is not connected to Zoho CRM.

Drafts and alternative contact methods

Where browser storage is available, your draft is saved in the browser on your device so you can return to it. The acknowledgement checkbox is not saved. Drafts do not automatically expire and are not synchronized across devices by this website. Clear this website’s site data in your browser settings to remove a saved draft; take care on shared devices.

If you use an email link or the manual email fallback, your email app opens with the details and you choose whether to send them. Copy details places them on your clipboard when permitted. Your chosen email or phone provider handles those communications under its own privacy practices.

Security checks and records

Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the inquiry service from automated abuse. It processes technical information about your browser and connection. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

The website uses a necessary security cookie lasting up to 24 hours. This cookie is not used for advertising or analytics. The optional preview security test sends no inquiry or email and creates no abuse-ledger record.

For automatic submissions, a private security ledger holds coded identifiers, event status and timestamps. It does not hold the inquiry text, your name, email address or raw IP address. These records help prevent duplicate messages and excessive submissions. Completed records become eligible for limited-batch cleanup after seven days, during later submission activity. Uncertain delivery records are retained for reconciliation to prevent an accidental duplicate send; they are not automatically retried.

Access and retention

Access to the inquiry inbox is limited to the owner and staff the owner designates for handling inquiries. We retain inquiries that do not become projects for 12 months after the last substantive contact, except records we need to retain for legal obligations or an unresolved dispute. A monthly manual review removes eligible inquiries. No automatic mailbox deletion service is configured. Project records may require different retention.

Providers and processing location

Lovable hosts the website; its security database is in Oregon, United States. Hosting, email, security-check and booking providers may process information outside Canada. Oregon is the verified database location, not a guarantee that every provider processes all information there. Information processed abroad may be subject to local laws and lawful government access (see the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada guidance).

The consultation link opens the existing external Zoho Bookings service. Information entered there is handled under that service’s privacy practices; this website does not transfer your saved inquiry draft to the booking page. We have not added advertising trackers, custom analytics or CRM integration to this website. Hosting and security providers may keep operational logs.
